1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all accessories included. Items that have been cut, smoked, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
2. Cigar Products Policy
Due to the nature of tobacco products, cigars are subject to strict handling standards:
- Box purchases may be eligible for partial returns if unopened or mostly intact
- Single cigars are generally non-returnable once delivered
- Humidified or aged cigars must remain in original sealed condition
- Cut, lit, or damaged cigars cannot be refunded
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund depending on the situation. Photo proof may be required for verification.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

- Opened or used cigars
- Clearance or discounted items
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Humidors that have been seasoned
